In 1986, Broadway Divers was founded in Hewlett, NY, to serve the local diving community. Its goals were simple:

  To provide social and recreational opportunities for divers and their families.
  To educate and inform its members in matters relating to diving.
  To promote safe diving practices and the development of our diving skills.
  To share the fun and thrill of diving.

Our members come from all walks of life, a wide range of ages, and a broad variety of diving interests and experience. The one thing we all share is our passion for diving. Over the years, the club has seen many changes. But thorugh these shifting tides, the primary goals of the club have remained the same, and endure still.

Broadway Divers meets monthly on the first Tuesday of each month at 8PM. Our meetings are held at Swim & Scuba in Rockvill Centre, NY. Each meeting features a guest speaker or presentation, which usually focuses on a particular aspect of diving or a diving related subject. Our meetings are open to club members and their families, and guests are always welcome, divers and non-divers alike. We hope you will find these meetings interesting, informative, and entertaining.
